Professor Alejandro Armellini

TEL CoP – Digital Learning and Teaching in Higher Education: The Next Chapter (Professor Ale Armellini)

In this session, Professor Alejandro (Ale) Armellini discusses the changes in teaching and learning over the past 18 months, as well as possible post-COVID scenarios for digital teaching and learning in Higher Education. This talk addresses the principles we might use to ground our vision for digital teaching and learning, and what a lower synchronicity and lower proximity paradigm might look like for students and staff. It will argue and provide a rationale for why “going back to normal” is far from desirable.

This CoP will take place on Zoom. The Zoom meeting will open at 1pm and the talk will start promptly at 1pm
