An Introduction to the Integrity At Work Programme
WIT is a signatory of the Integrity at Work (IAW) pledge part of an initiative supporting employers and workers with Protected Disclosures. The programme supports WIT and other employers to develop workplaces where people feel safe to speak up and where appropriate action is taken in response to reports of wrongdoing. The session will consider the Protected Disclosures Act and look at the supports that are available to staff.
